Ivy Migue is a people operations leader with over a decade of experience in international development, building teams, strengthening operations, and creating systems that help people do their best work. She holds an MSc in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Law with Psychology from Oxford Brookes University. She is passionate about bringing people and systems together to create workplaces where teams can thrive and organizations can grow.
At YLabs, Ivy serves as Deputy Director of People Operations, focusing on building and strengthening the people operations systems, structures, and practices that support YLabs’ teams to do their best work.
Outside of work, Ivy is a coach who supports people navigating seasons of transition, helping them gain clarity, reconnect with what matters to them, and move forward with intention. She also enjoys reading and baking.
