Passionate about sustainable development, empowering MSMEs, and creating meaningful social impact, João is committed to work that delivers long-term value to communities.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, travelling to explore new cultures, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Despite being an early bird by nature, João survives most morning meetings thanks to coffee and a good sense of humor.
