Haikael Mandari

Haikael Mandari is a Project Management Specialist with over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring integrated adolescent sexual and reproductive health and economic empowerment programs, maternal and child health programs, HIV prevention and management interventions, gender-mainstreaming approaches, youth development approaches targeting adolescent girls and youth. Haikael has vast experience in health-systems strengthening through capacity- building and advocacy engagement. Haikael has worked with a diverse range of public health stakeholders, including the Development Partners, Ministry of Health, and other line ministries to deliver change.

Haikael believes that meaningful youth engagement is a wheel to accelerate youth-driven solutions and contribute to development in communities. She possesses excellent communication skills and masters the art of public speaking.

She holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Public Administration in Health Services Management from Mzumbe University.
