YLabs' 2021 Annual Report: Five Opportunities to Invest in Young People
March 29th 2022: In 2021, the YLabs team celebrated its fifth birthday with ground-breaking projects, a growing team, and an unwavering commitment to putting youth at the forefront of big conversations. We wanted to commemorate this special occasion with a gift. Without further ado, let us present the YLabs 2021 Annual Report!
In this report, we reflected on the last five years of working with and for young people – the challenges, successes, learnings, and more. You’ll read the five biggest opportunities to invest in young people today and learn about our projects spanning from a refugee settlement in Uganda to a virtual working group on quality and standards in human-centered design. Our team members chime in to share their thoughts on the future of design (hint: it’s youth-driven!) and we review the growing impact YLabs has had in the past year.
