Youth are consistently under-represented in fields like digital design, and programs that have the potential to measurably impact their health and economic future are being created without their ideas, vision and innovation.
That's why YLabs created the Youth Leadership Cohort, a one-of-a-kind program for the next generation of global digital leaders. Cohort members are embedded into our team for a year, gaining hands-on experience in digital design, sharing inputs on our projects, and learning from hand-selected mentors.
